About Me
I am a university professor, personal coach, spiritual care chaplain, and certified tea master. At first glance, these might seem like unrelated pursuits, yet they all reflect my deep commitment to living and teaching with authenticity, joy, and purpose. In every role I undertake, my goal is to help others discover their own path to fulfillment and happiness—whether that’s in the classroom, in a coaching session, providing spiritual guidance, or in the peaceful ritual of a tea ceremony.

What I Do
Professor
I'm an Assistant Professor of Buddhist Chaplaincy at University of the West in Rosemead, CA.
Coach
I run a coaching practice focused on mindfulness, leadership, and fulfillment.
Chaplain
I serve people in need at senior homes, shelters, shower programs, food banks, public spaces, hospitals, and schools.
Tea Master
I’m certified tea master, and my doctoral research explored the tea ceremony as a spiritual care practice.

Invitation to Deep Connection
In my coaching practice, I blend mindful awareness with leadership development to help you gain clarity, resilience, and authentic confidence. Our sessions focus on core values, identifying obstacles, and crafting actionable strategies for lasting growth—whether it’s a professional or personal transition.
I offer a free initial consultation. If finances are a concern, I’m happy to discuss scholarship options. My goal is to support your growth without letting money stand in the way.
Collaborations
These are some of the institutions and community partners that I have worked with.
